Your QGov digital identity has been replaced with the Queensland Digital Identity (QDI)

• The transition from QGov to Queensland Digital Identity (QDI) was completed on Sunday 6 April 2025.

• If you made any changes to your QGov account between Monday 17 March and Sunday 6 April, these changes have not transferred to your QDI. You will need to call 1800 000 658 to get the changes made to your QDI account.
