Accessing Individual Queensland Time Series Projects
This page details how to access and extract individual projects from our Time Series services for various GIS suites.

ArcMap / ArcGIS Pro
ESRI Desktop Users
ESRI users are able to directly connect to our Time Series services via the Spatial Portal or via ESRI REST endpoints. Restricted Time Series Services
MapInfo Users
MapInfo Users can access our OGC compliant WMS Time Series services. For detailed instructions on how to connect to and access our image and elevation services, please refer to our section in this Knowledge Base. In order to query out individual projects, we supply individual TAB files that will do this for you. Please see for information how to view projects in GDA2020.
Note on Navigation: On opening one of our Time Series TAB files in MapInfo, you will likely not see the project nor be able to ‘Zoom to Extent’. We recommend you open the TAB with a basemap (such as QTopo WMS) and/or the supplied footprints in order to easily navigate to the project.
Public Aerial Time Series TAB files
This service is available for the general public. A time series image service that displays authoritative general reference imagery captured by remotely piloted aircraft systems (drones) and piloted aircraft over areas of Queensland. Download the TAB files for this Time Series via the zip file.
Public Natural Disaster Time Series TAB files
This service is available for the general public. This service is designed to provide access to the state Remotely Sensed Image Library collection of publicly available natural disaster satellite imagery over Queensland. Download the TAB files for this Time Series via the zip file.
Restricted Aerial Time Series TAB files
This service is for subscribers of the Spatial Imagery Subscription Plan. This service includes the latest available high resolution aerial imagery. Download the TAB files for this Time Series via the zip file.
Restricted Active Natural Disaster QGovUsers TAB files
A restricted service that temporarily displays imagery over Queensland areas affected by active natural disaster events. The imagery will cease to display after an event is over.

Public DEM Time Series TAB files
This service is available for the general public. An elevation service that displays the latest, highest resolution, ortho Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data captured by remotely piloted aircraft systems (drones), piloted aircraft, and the Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) over areas of Queensland. Download the TAB files for this Time Series via the zip file.
QGIS Users
QGIS Users can access our Time Series services via a Web Map Service (WMS). In order to query out individual projects, we supply individual QLR files that will do this for you. Please see for information how to view projects in GDA2020.
