Attribute Table

The Attribute Table displays a tabular view of layers' attributes. When more than one layer's attributes display, multiple tabs automatically generate in the attribute panel allowing you to switch among the attribute tables. Layers from map services, feature services and collections are supported.

 

  • Select the Attribute Table tab to open or close the table view.

Resize table

  • Hover mouse over the top of the table and an arrow will appear.

  • Click and drag to resize the table.

Land parcel columns available

Data populated will vary depending on Layers or Services used.

  • Lot

  • Plan

  • LotPlan

  • Tenure

  • Area

  • ExcludeArea

  • LotVolume

  • Name

  • AliasName

  • Accuracy

  • Surveyed

  • CoverageType

  • ParcelType

  • Locality

  • LocalGovernmentArea

  • SMIS_MAP

  • Get primary address - show

  • Get related lots count - show

  • Get bup lot info - show

  • Get bup lot title - show

  • Get current valuation detail - show

  • Get sale detail - show

  • Get Notings - show

  • GetLotArea

  • GetLotPlanCount - show

  • GetAllParcels - show

  • Get reserve or lease detail – show

Options

  • Click on the Options dropdown.

Select either:

  • Show selected records, or

  • Show all records to return to unfiltered view.

Show related records

  • Select the Show related records dropdown to display how to filter the table.

Filter

  • Select Filter to display features in the layer that match your specific requirements.

Add expression

  • Select Add expression to add a specific filter.

  • You may add as many filters as required.

  • Select the OBJECTID (Number) dropdown.

  • Select required field.

  • Select the variable.

  • Input in the data field.

  • Set input type.

Delete expression

  • Click the Delete icon to remove the relevant expression.

  • Click Ok to process your request or Cancel to discontinue.

  • Your filtered results will be displayed in the table.

Add set

  • Select Add set to further filter results.

  • Select the dropdown for relevant expression.

  • Select required expression.

        The remaining process is the same as Add expression.

Show / Hide columns

  • Select Show/Hide columns.

The output of these columns is dependent on what layers or services you have selected.

  • Check or uncheck to display the columns required.

Export all to CSV

Select areas of interest

  • Click on the rectangle beside the area of interest.

The row will highlight blue.

  • To select multiple parcels, click on the first rectangle, hold shift key, then select the last rectangle of your selection.

  • To select individual parcels, select the first rectangle, continue to hold the control key while making further sections.

You can now Export selected to CSV.

  • Go to Options.

  • Select Export all to CSV.

  • Select OK.

  • Your file will be saved to Downloads.

Filter by map extent

  • Select Filter by map extent to filter your selection by the current map view.

The table will be updated with filtered results matching your map view.

Zoom to

  • Select the column next to the row required. The row and area on the map will highlight.

  • Click Zoom to and the map will zoom and centre on the map.

Clear Selection

  • Removes the highlighted rows and the highlighted area on the map.

Refresh

  • Select Refresh to update your table.
