Layer List provides a list of active layers, sublayers and their symbols, and allows you to turn individual layers, on and off. Each layer in the list has a check box that allows you to control its visibility.
Note: Services that have been added via Add Data can be managed here by viewing sublayers and turning off layers not required.
Search Layers
Type into the search field to filter layers.
Select the layer/s you want to add to your map.
Ellipse icon
Select the Ellipse icon next to the layer required to view further options.
Depending on the layers chosen, will depend on what is seen in the dropdown.
Set Visibility Range
Some data sources/services may have predefined ranges where the layer is displayed, this setting may alter when the layer is made visible.
Select Set visibility range
Select the dropdowns under the layer to select the visibility range you want to use.
Alternately you may enter data directly into the field.
The black triangle at the top of the slider, displays the current scale of the map.

View Attribute Table
Displays details of your selected layer in the Attribute Table.
Description
Displays a description and details of the selected layer.
Links directly to the ArcGIS REST Services page for the layer selected.
