Sales History
Find your area of interest on the map.
Zoom to your area of interest.
Go to Layer List
Select Sales history from the dropdown.
Land parcels with sales history will display in red.
Select a land parcel in the centre of the area of interest.
This will be highlighted blue.
Go to the Information panel.
Multiple pages will display further information.
Scroll to the page with the Sales found in area link.
Select the link.
You will be taken to a new dashboard which displays information of your area of interest.
Note the 3 tabs at the bottom.
Select the Sales Map tab.
The map view will display shaded sales history Ordered by sale count in year.
Valuation data
Valuation data may also be displayed within the same map view.
Select the Valuation tab.
Valuation data will be displayed.
You may switch between both Sales and Valuation tabs.
Note: For both options, there is no means to export or print this visual. If map view is required, it is recommended to take a screenshot.

To view Legend in sales map view.
While on the Sales tab, select the Legend.
A popup will display the legend sorted by Sale count in year.
Pan map view
Pan the map to move your area of interest.
The Information displayed in the panel will update on the go.
Additional parcel information
Select on the land parcel in the map view.
A popup will display showing sales data.
Scroll through the pages to display sales, sale agreement date and sale price from other sales for that parcel.
To help to find your area of interest on the map view.
Identify the Property ID required.
Select next to the Property ID
The parcel will flash a pink highlight on the map view.
