Survey Plans are now accessed direct directlt through Titles Qld WebATS and eEnquiries. The guide below is based on WebATS which has a similar look and feel to eEnquiries.
Go to Internal Enquiries > Image Retrieval.
Enter the survey plan number in Document Id.
Hint: A plan without a prefix i.e. SP or RP, is likely to be a crown plan. Enter CP into the Plan Type/No field.
The Recent Images will display
To view the plan > click on the plan number, and then the plan will download a PDF format file automatically. Access the file at the top right corner of your browser or check the Downloads folder.
