• Identify Your QGov Accounts: Log in to QGov and check if you have multiple linked accounts.

• Check Your Details: If you already have a Digital Licence App (DLA), you already have a QDI—make sure your details align.

• Consolidate Accounts

  • If you have multiple QGov accounts, with different emails:

    • Close any unused accounts before the transition.

    • Ensure your active QGov account details are up to date

• Create your QDI: Download the Queensland Digital Licence app.

  • Use the same email and correct personal details to merge with your QGov identity.

• Log in using QDI

  • After the transition the login option will be referred to as QDI. The same credentials used for your QGov account can be used for this option. Multi-factor authentication will be required to access.
