Purchase of high-resolution imagery

You can purchase a copy of high-resolution aerial photographs as a 1600dpi print or digital image. The request should include Film Number, Frame Number or Run Number. Send your request directly to SIProductDelivery@resources.qld.gov.au. Please refer to our website for more information.

Borrowing aerial photography prints

The department no longer holds prints available for loan. All of the loan prints the department held were sent to Queensland Archives or Qld Herbarium.

Bulk supply of imagery

Bulk historical aerial photography is available for a fee and supplied as a compressed Geotiff. Due to file size other formats are not available. You will need to supply an external hard drive, and an AOI polygon in kml/kmz/ shapefile format. The State Imagery team will then extract the required images from the archive direct to the hard drive. Please refer to our website for more information.

Is there a QImagery web service?

There is no available web service which will allow you to directly consume the historic images found in QImagery.
