Types of Services Table

This table describes the Imagery and Elevation services on Spatial Portal. For background information please see the Services Decision Tree and the Glossary.

This service contains LERC format tile_cache. At versions ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.x – 10.9.x services containing LERC tile_cache do not display in Spatial Portal or ArcGIS Online Map Viewers, therefore please use the dynamic elevation services instead.

Please also note: Tile Cached services are the best performing services, but do not have the same functionality as the dynamic services.
