Spatial imagery and LiDAR data less than three years (3) years old will generally be available for purchase, depending on the source, under a user licence agreement from the Department. Charges for the extraction and supply of this data through physical media will apply.
Digital topographic vector data, regardless of age, is licensed as open data under CC-By licencing, with the exception of LiDAR contours datasets. Due to the nature of their source, contours derived from LiDAR projects, contain projects only over three (3) years old (as at 31st of December that year) and is updated annually.
Metadata supplied with the data contains details of the licence conditions.
