Get access to Title Searches or property ownership details
All government departments are eligible to apply for access to Titles Queensland information. There are no fees or charges.

How to search and view current and historical titles
Navigate to Internal Enquiries > Title Enquiries.
Search by:
Enquiry section – using by Title Ref > Details
The Title Details screen will display. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current historical title search will download automatically.
Standard Criteria – using by Title Ref, Previous Ref, Lot No and Plan Type/No, or Current Proprietors >Search
The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current historical title search will download automatically.
Additional Criteria – using by Tenure (Lease) No, Tcy Name (Beneficiary), Holding Name or County (R) No > Search
The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current historical title search will download automatically.
