1. Navigate to Internal Enquiries > Title Enquiries.

2. Search by:

   1. Enquiry section – using Title Ref > Details

      1. The Title Details screen will display. In the Links section:

         1. Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.

         2. Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.

   2. Standard Criteria – using Title Ref, Previous Ref, Lot No and Plan Type/No, or Current Proprietors >Search

      1. The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:

         1. Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.

         2. Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.

   3. Additional Criteria – using Tenure (Lease) No, Tcy Name (Beneficiary), Holding Name or County (R) No > Search

      1. The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:

         1. Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.

         2. Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
