View current and historical title search steps
Navigate to Internal Enquiries > Title Enquiries.
Search by:
Enquiry section – using Title Ref > Details
The Title Details screen will display. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Standard Criteria – using Title Ref, Previous Ref, Lot No and Plan Type/No, or Current Proprietors >Search
The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Additional Criteria – using Tenure (Lease) No, Tcy Name (Beneficiary), Holding Name or County (R) No > Search
The Title Result screen will display. Click on the blue hyperlinked Title Ref number to display the Title Details screen. In the Links section:
Click on View Current Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
Click on View Historical Title Search and the current title search will download automatically.
